SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will ship within 3 business days. A confirmation of purchase will be sent by email when an order is placed. Items will be delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders that are to be returned, must be sent back with tags intact. Merchandise can only be requested to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders such as uniforms with an athlete's name or number may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of an error by Launch Pad.
